We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle corporate customers and provide end-to-end support for cybersecurity solutions. The candidate should have good understanding of cybersecurity terminology and basic networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Should have knowledge of Hardware and troubleshooting the same.

· Should have knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.

· Should have basic concept of Network Functioning and Troubleshooting.

· Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues including account setup and network configuration.

· Installing and configuring hardware and software.

· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Teamviewer, Anydesk)

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

· Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email,



chat or Visit on-site until they’ve solved a technical issue.

· Provide Demo, proof of concept (POC) of a product to customers.

· Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Valuable understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, VPN, etc.)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, server environments, and endpoint security
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills

Years of Experience: - 0.6-2 Years

Education: - Graduation in IT Background Must.
