Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Revenue Generation Executive to drive business growth, generate new revenue opportunities, convert leads into customers, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and referrals.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present company services and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve monthly revenue, sales, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and revenue in the CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.




- Monitor sales performance and work toward improving revenue growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
- Good lead generation and conversion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue achievement.
- Strong follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Revenue Generation.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and converting leads into customers is preferred.
