We are looking for a creative, technology-driven UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer with hands-on experience using AI tools and AI-powered workflows to design intuitive digital products and produce high-quality visual content efficiently.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for UI/UX design across web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, POS systems and kiosks, along with graphic design for marketing campaigns, social media, branding and product promotions.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable integrating AI tools into the design process to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, visual production and workflow automation while maintaining high standards of design quality.

Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX Design

- Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, POS systems, kiosks and CRM platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Design dashboards, forms, tables, navigation systems and responsive layouts.
- Develop user journeys and workflows based on product requirements and user needs.
- Build and maintain design systems, reusable components and consistent UI guidelines.
- Conduct usability reviews and improve interfaces based on feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Review developed interfaces and identify design inconsistencies or usability issues.

2. Graphic Design & Branding

- Create social media creatives, promotional banners, advertisements and campaign graphics.
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, brochures, presentations and sales collateral.
- Produce visual assets for product launches, feature announcements and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across websites, digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Create and adapt graphics for different platforms, formats and campaign requirements.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with professional, engaging visual content.

3. AI Tools & AI-Powered Design Workflows

- Demonstrate hands-on experience using AI tools in real-world UI/UX and graphic design projects.
- Use AI tools to accelerate design ideation, visual exploration, concept development and creative production.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows to generate design concepts, reference visuals, illustrations, backgrounds and marketing creatives.
- Explore AI-powered tools for UI generation, wireframing, prototyping and rapid design iterations.
- Use AI tools to support image editing, background removal, image enhancement, asset variations and creative adaptation.




- Apply AI-assisted content generation for design concepts, headlines, promotional copy and visual storytelling.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into repetitive design tasks and improve turnaround time.
- Build repeatable AI-powered workflows that improve productivity, consistency and design quality.
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure visual accuracy, brand consistency, usability and originality.
- Stay updated with emerging AI design tools and identify practical opportunities to improve the design team's workflow.

4. Prototyping & Developer Handover

- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate product workflows and interactions.
- Maintain organised Figma files, components, styles and design documentation.
- Provide developers with accurate design specifications, assets and interaction details.
- Collaborate with developers throughout implementation and testing.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.

5. Collaboration & Delivery

- Work closely with Product Management, Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
- Translate business requirements into effective product and visual design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks according to business needs.
- Follow design approval processes and maintain organised project files.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, components and design systems.
- Practical experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for UI/UX design, graphic design or creative production.
- Understanding of AI-powered design workflows and their practical application in professional projects.
- Experience designing responsive web applications, mobile interfaces and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, visual hierarchy and usability principles.
- Ability to create professional marketing creatives and developer-ready interface designs.
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

AI Tools & Technologies

Experience with one or more of the following tools is preferred:

- UI/UX and prototyping: Figma AI, Figma Make, Uizard, Galileo AI or similar tools.
- AI image generation: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation or similar tools.
- AI-assisted creative production: Adobe Photoshop AI features,



Canva AI and related tools.
- AI-assisted development and workflow: Tools that support rapid prototyping, design-to-code workflows and repetitive task automation.

Candidates do not need experience with every tool listed. We value practical ability to select the right tool for the task and integrate it effectively into a design workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing SaaS products, CRM systems, business dashboards or enterprise applications.
- Experience with POS systems, hospitality technology, online ordering or self-service kiosks.
- Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards and mobile-first design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and front-end development constraints.
- Experience developing reusable AI prompts, repeatable creative workflows or design automation processes.
- Experience with motion graphics, simple animations or product demonstration videos is an advantage.
