Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing suitable courses and help them achieve their career goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through calls and follow up on enquiries and leads.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain available courses, curriculum, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career pathways.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information and effective counselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.




- Maintain accurate student enquiry records and update CRM systems.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in academic counselling, telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a student-focused approach.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
