we're looking for
- 4–5 years of experience in operations, back-office, MIS, project coordination or inventory management.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivots, filters and clean data formatting.
- Comfortable learning and working in business software, CRMs or inventory tools.
- High attention to detail and a habit of keeping records current, not catching up later.
- Valuable communication and people skills to follow up with field teams, vendors and internal teams.
- Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Any graduate degree.
Nice to have
- Experience in outdoor advertising (OOH/DOOH), media, events or any asset-based business.
- Familiarity with tracking photo proofs or site audits.
- Knowledge of the local market and geography of the cities we operate in.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
