Job Summary

HireIn Solutions is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive cum Recruiter to join our team at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various job openings.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, update candidate databases, and submit daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to understand and fulfil recruitment requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Visit client locations whenever required for recruitment-related activities.
- Assist the Managing Director with recruitment and administrative coordination.




- Manage assigned tasks efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client locations whenever required.
- Comfortable with direct office reporting at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.
- Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant recruitment experience are preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on experience and suitability.
