Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Executive to support business growth, develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve company targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into business.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products or services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Prepare business reports, sales updates, and client follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or client management is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- For experienced candidates: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
- Salary will depend on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
