Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven International Collections & Recovery Executive to manage overdue payments, resolve payment disputes, and support debt recovery from international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional approach to collections, and the ability to resolve payment issues while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments through calls and emails.
- Manage payment disputes, billing discrepancies, and outstanding invoices.
- Draft and send skilled payment reminders, recovery emails, and formal notices in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily recovery reports, payment records, and client communication logs.
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on agreed payment commitments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Ensure all recovery activities are conducted professionally, ethically, and in compliance with applicable policies and legal requirements.
- Work towards assigned collection targets and recovery performance goals.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in debt recovery, international collections, or accounts receivable.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Familiarity with invoices, contracts, payment terms, and outstanding account management.
- Willingness to coordinate with Australian clients during Australian business hours.

Good to Have

- Experience handling Australian or other international clients.
- Background in BPO collections or commercial payment disputes.
- Knowledge of debt recovery procedures and formal collection correspondence.
- Experience using CRM, invoicing, or accounts receivable software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
