Job Summary

Somani Ply is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated freshers to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will support marketing activities, develop customer relationships, generate business leads, and promote the company's plywood and related product range.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Somani Ply products, including plywood and other allied products, to potential customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and help develop recent customer networks.
- Collect market information on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.




- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, orders, and product availability.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, product promotions, exhibitions, and dealer engagement activities.
- Maintain daily activity reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
- Learn about the company's products, quality standards, pricing, and market positioning.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits and customer meetings.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and coordinate with the sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
