Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure footwear materials and components.
- Plan purchases as per production and export requirements.
- Manage vendors, negotiations, pricing, MOQs and delivery schedules.
- Control costs and develop alternative suppliers/materials.
- Handle purchase orders, imports and domestic sourcing.
- Ensure material quality and compliance with buyer standards.
- Monitor inventory, lead times and material availability.
- Maintain purchase records, MIS and ERP systems.
- Lead the purchase team and coordinate with internal departments.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; supply chain qualification preferred.
- 4–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in footwear or leather manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of footwear materials and supplier networks.
- Excellent negotiation, cost-control and vendor-management skills.
- Experience in purchase planning, inventory and team management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
