- Set up and prepare CNC machines for production as per engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Select, install, and align cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
- Set machine parameters, offsets, tool coordinates, cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut.
- Load and modify CNC programs as required, depending on machine type and authorization.
- Set workpiece coordinates, tool length offsets, and work offsets accurately.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, machining instructions, tolerances, and GD&T; requirements.
- Perform trial runs and first-piece inspection before starting mass production.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve the required dimensions, surface finish, and quality standards.
- Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Identify and correct setting errors, tool wear, vibration, and machining defects.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent production quality.
- Coordinate with CNC Operators,



Production Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper tool management, tool life monitoring, and minimum material wastage.
- Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain setup sheets, tool offset records, inspection reports, and production documentation.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S workplace standards.
- Report machine breakdowns, technical issues, and quality deviations to the supervisor immediately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
