Encore Consulting Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong W2 hiring experience to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle W2 hiring, candidate submissions, and interview coordination.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.

Required Skills





- Minimum 4 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of W2 hiring and US staffing.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Experience with candidate submissions and interview scheduling.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work the US night shift.
