Designation: Executive Assistant
Location: Mumbai – Lower Parel
Qualification: MBA in Finance or Marketing
Experience: Prior experience in market research and financial modelling preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and micro-market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Prepare and analyse financial models, business projections, and feasibility reports.
- Analyse business data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings and strategic discussions.
- Coordinate with HODs and internal stakeholders to schedule meetings, collect information, and follow up on action items.
- Support business planning, event coordination, and special projects as required.

Candidate Requirements





- MBA in Finance or Marketing with relevant prior experience in market research and financial modelling.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, financial calculations, and reporting.
- Ability to prepare, understand, and interpret financial models.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with senior management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Can join on immediate basis.
- Previous experience 6 -8 months
