# Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

### Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.

- Generate leads and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Promote the company's products and services to relevant industry clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of business deals.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.





- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

- 6 months–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the **Oil & Gas industry.

- Prior experience dealing with Oil & Gas companies, refineries, EPC contractors, industrial clients, or oilfield service providers.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Good understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.

- Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant Oil & Gas industry experience will be preferred.

- Experience in industrial sales, equipment sales, or technical services will be an added advantage.

- Candidates should have a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas market and its customer base.

Note: Relevant Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory. Candidates from unrelated industries without Oil & Gas exposure will not be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
