Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, skilled, and compassionate bedside nursing care.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and report abnormalities to doctors.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Manage IV lines, catheters, surgical drains, and wound dressings.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and bedside procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, and patient charts.
- Ensure proper patient handover during shift changes.
- Follow infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and NABH guidelines.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and basic care instructions.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (Mandatory).
- Experience:



Minimum 2 years of hands-on Ward Nursing experience (Mandatory).
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of medication administration, IV therapy, and bedside patient care.
- Experience in pre-operative and post-operative patient management preferred.
- Good communication, documentation, and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates from Pune preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
