Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Night Shift

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our office in Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala. The role involves rotational night shifts, with two team members scheduled each night.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and provide support.
- Assist users with queries and resolve issues.
- Maintain clear and professional communication.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Good listening and speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work the Night Shift is mandatory.
