Job Title: Carpenter Foremen

Location: Chennai

Qualification: ITI / Trade Certificate in Carpentry preferred.

Experience: 5- 10 years

Skills: Shuttering & Formwork, RCC Construction, Carpentry Work, Team Coordination.

Job Description:

 Supervise and coordinate daily carpentry and shuttering/formwork activities at the project site.

 Allocate work to carpenters and helpers based on project requirements.

 Manage and monitor manpower productivity and work progress.

 Check proper alignment, level, plumb, support, and stability of shuttering before concreting.

 Ensure proper installation and removal of formwork without damaging the completed structure.

 Coordinate with Site Engineers, Bar Benders, Masons, and other work teams for smooth execution.

 Monitor the quality of carpentry and formwork works and rectify defects when required.

 Take measurements and assist the Site Engineer in quantity estimation and material requirements.

 Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working workplace.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
