Job Description – Special Educator
Location: The Quantium School, Mokila, Hyderabad
Position: Special Educator
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide appropriate interventions for students with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school counselors to monitor student progress.
- Maintain student progress records and ensure a safe, inclusive learning workplace.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Special Education.
- Valid RCI registration/certification is mandatory.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- Good communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
