2. Design and update course curriculum in line with industry and academic trends.

3. Use innovative teaching methodologies, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning tools.

4. Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.

5. Conduct independent and cooperative research in management and allied areas.

6. Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.

7. Present papers at academic conferences and seminars.

8. Guide Ph.D. scholars and M.Phil. dissertations.

9. Contribute to departmental planning, academic committees, and institutional policies.

10. Play an active role in accreditation, rankings, and quality improvement initiatives.

11. Collaborate with industry for guest lectures, live projects, consultancy, and research funding.
