Key Responsibilities

- Territory & Field Management: Make daily visits to doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and collection centers within an assigned territory. [1]
- Business Development: Generate sample referral business, promote diagnostic test menus or molecular/pathology kits, and onboard current collection centers, franchise partners, or B2B clients. [1]
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clinicians, pathologists, and lab technicians to drive repeat business. [1]
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, sample count, and collection targets. [1]
- Reporting & Market Intelligence: Submit daily call reports (DCR), track competitor activities, and share feedback on pricing or market trends. [1]

Candidate Requirements





- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology preferred for specialized or molecular diagnostics). [1]
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of experience in diagnostic lab sales (e.g., pathology/referral labs) or pharmaceutical sales. [1]
- Mobility & Skills: Must possess a valid driving license and own a personal two-wheeler for extensive fieldwork; strong communication, negotiation, and local networking skills

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
