Job Overview

PalmCare Senior Living Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Kothamangalam, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, payment vouchers, receipts, and account statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and periodic financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, tax records, and other statutory filings, as required.
- Monitor expenses, verify bills, and support financial control procedures.
- Coordinate with management,



vendors, customers, and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Support internal audits and provide financial information whenever required.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the management team.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kothamangalam and nearby areas.
