Job Description: On-Floor Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive On-Floor Sales Manager to manage daily sales activities, handle customer enquiries, guide the sales team, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily sales activities on the shop floor.
- Guide, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and order updates.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor stock availability and product display.

Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
- Positive communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
