Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Specialist with robust knowledge of scaffolding erection, inspection, dismantling, and safety practices. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring scaffolding activities are carried out safely and in compliance with applicable safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure scaffolding is erected as per approved designs, drawings, and safety requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding structures before use and after any modification or adverse weather conditions.
- Ensure proper installation of platforms, guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and other safety components.
- Identify and rectify unsafe scaffolding conditions and hazards.




- Ensure proper tagging and status identification of scaffolding structures.
- Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and safety personnel for scaffolding-related activities.
- Monitor the quality and condition of scaffolding materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures, statutory requirements, and applicable scaffolding standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to scaffolding teams on safe working practices.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, and other required scaffolding documentation.
- Stop unsafe work and immediately report critical hazards to the concerned authority.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safe working-at-height practices.
