- Educational qualification in MHRD/MBA/MLW/similar

- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing sector, preferably healthcare industry

Duties and Responsibilities

- Development of the Human Resources Department.

- Employee and Industrial Relation Management.

- Performance Management.

- Training & Development.

- Recruitment & Selection.

- Establishes the company wage and salary structure.

- To develop incentive plans with measurable units of output.

- Payroll Management & Admin.

- Statutory and Regulatory.

- Planning and Costing.

- Reviewing budget and managing expenditure.





- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.

- Negotiating price, Check quality and delivery; Checking and approving admin / facility related invoices.

- Liasoning and Coordination.

- Fleet Management.

- Health, Safety, setting and Security management

- Manage Building and Grounds General Maintenance and Cleaning

- Record Keeping.

- MIS, ISO and Audit.
