JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising and online campaigns.
- Manage social media pages, content, posts, reels and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and marketing ROI.
- Handle Google Ads & Meta Ads and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Coordinate with the sales team for proper lead follow-up and conversion.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Track competitors, market trends and recent digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS





- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video & content tools is an advantage.
- Experience in the construction / building materials / real estate / home improvement industry will be an advantage.
