We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Network Security Engineer to join our team and support network security implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain network security solutions for enterprise customers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot next-generation firewalls (NGFW), including Sophos and Fortinet.
- Configure and manage firewall policies, access control rules, NAT, web filtering, application control, and security profiles.
- Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPNs and remote-access VPNs.
- Manage network devices, including routers, managed switches, VLANs, and wireless infrastructure.
- Perform network troubleshooting, connectivity analysis, and root-cause identification.
- Monitor network traffic, security alerts, and firewall logs to identify potential threats and suspicious activities.
- Implement security best practices, firmware updates, configuration backups, and regular security reviews.
- Assist in vulnerability assessments, security audits, compliance requirements, and technical documentation.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers and resolve network security incidents.




- Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams for technical discussions, solution demonstrations, and implementation planning.
- Prepare network diagrams, firewall configuration documents, implementation reports, and troubleshooting records.
- Ensure projects are completed according to customer requirements, security standards, and agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in networking, firewall configuration, and network security.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI layers, routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with firewalls such as Sophos, Fortinet FortiGate, or equivalent NGFW solutions.
- Knowledge of VPN technologies, including IPsec and SSL VPN, along with firewall policies and access control.
- Understanding of IDS/IPS, web filtering, application control, threat protection, and endpoint security concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and security-related issues independently.
- Knowledge of network monitoring, firewall logs, security alerts, and incident handling.
- Good customer communication, problem-solving, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across Gujarat and Rajasthan as required.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
- CCNP Enterprise or relevant advanced networking certification.
- Sophos Firewall certification or hands-on Sophos firewall experience.
- Fortinet NSE/FCP or equivalent FortiGate training and certification.
- Other relevant networking or cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
