About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, reporting, vendor/customer accounts, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent Tally/ERP, MS Excel and Google Sheets skills, and the ability to independently manage accounting activities while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, customers, banks, and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform daily bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage invoices, purchase bills, sales invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment records.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely collections/payments.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, cash-flow statements, and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing, payments, and account-related queries.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits, returns, and financial requirements.




- Monitor expenses and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Support management with financial data and accounting insights whenever required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / accounting ERP software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and taxation basics.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ownership and responsibility towards financial records.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, E-commerce, or Vending Operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
