Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Construction Management

- Supervise and monitor all civil, structural, and architectural construction works for hospital buildings from execution to completion. SimplyHired
- Ensure work strictly complies with approved structural drawings, architectural layouts, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project schedules. SimplyHired
- Oversee critical civil operations, including earthwork, foundations, concrete pours, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and false ceilings. SimplyHired
- Review civil and architectural drawings to flag discrepancies, site clashes, or constructability issues early.

Healthcare & MEP Integration

- Coordinate closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS), fire safety, and IT/low-voltage teams to ensure seamless shaft, chase, and ceiling integration. SimplyHired
- Understand specialized hospital requirements such as cleanroom standards, radiation shielding (X-ray/CT scan rooms), heavy equipment foundation loads, and infection control protocols during construction.

Quality, Safety & Compliance





- Enforce strict quality assurance and control (QA/QC) protocols, material testing, and high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to local municipal building bylaws, Development Control Rules (DCR), and hospital accreditation or safety norms.
- Conduct regular site safety audits to maintain a zero-incident work workplace.

Contractor & Resource Management

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site engineering teams.
- Track daily and weekly progress, monitor labor and material deployment, and prevent schedule slippages.
- Verify contractor measurements, assist with running account bills (RA bills), and review material reconciliation.

Reporting & Handover

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Lead snagging, defect rectification, system testing, and official project handover/commissioning activities

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
