Position: Sourcing Manager
Location: Western Zone, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–5 Years in Sourcing / Channel Partner Network

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, property consultants and real estate networks.
- Conduct regular CP meetings and business development meetings.
- Generate new property sourcing opportunities through market networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners.
- Onboard new CPs and activate existing CP relationships.
- Understand property requirements, inventory and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for property listings and closures.
- Achieve monthly CP meeting, sourcing and business development targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports, CP database and meeting records.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for CP meetings, active CPs, client site visits, Deals

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing / channel partner management
- Solid knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
