Mpiric Software is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in preparing and modifying technical drawings. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AutoCAD, interpreting project requirements, maintaining drawing accuracy, and completing revisions independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD.
- Interpret project specifications, sketches, and reference drawings to develop accurate technical designs.
- Modify existing drawings and incorporate revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
- Ensure proper dimensions, annotations, layers, line types, scales, and drawing layouts.
- Check drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.
- Maintain organised drawing files and manage revisions and versions effectively.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other team members to clarify technical requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings and make the necessary corrections.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining drawing quality and accuracy.
- Follow applicable drawing standards and documentation practices.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–2 years of professional experience using AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of 2D drafting and technical drawing preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD commands, layers, blocks, dimensioning, layouts, and plotting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and project specifications.
- Experience modifying existing drawings and preparing revisions independently.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple drawing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience in architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, or interior design drafting, depending on project requirements.
- A portfolio or samples of previously completed drawings.
