Established in 1954, Mittal Teas is a premier Delhi-based house of artisanal blends, high-grade teas, and luxury gifts. We are expanding our footprint across the North East and seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead our B2B growth in Aizawl's luxury hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Business Development: Drive institutional sales across 5-star hotels, fine-dining establishments, luxury cafes, and premium corporate accounts in Mizoram.
- Relationship Management: Build strategic partnerships with Key Purchase Managers, F&B; Directors, Executive Chefs, and General Managers.
- Brand Positioning: Represent the heritage and craft of Mittal Teas to secure menu listings and supply contracts.

Candidate Profile





- 5+ years of proven success in B2B / Institutional Sales within the HoReCa domain.
- Experience in selling premium or luxury product portfolios.
- Robust existing network and presence in the local hospitality market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Engagement

- Pay: Up to ₹40,000 / month.
- Structure: 1-month evaluation consultancy, transitioning to a full-time role upon successful performance delivery.
