About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website. ARQUIN deals in kitchen sinks, faucets, bathroom fittings, and sanitaryware. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling marketplace operations and improving product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory, orders, returns, and delivery issues.
- Manage marketplace advertising, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve listing issues, account concerns, and customer complaints.
- Track sales, advertising performance, and competitor pricing, and prepare regular reports.




- Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams for timely order dispatch.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify.
- Experience with product listing optimisation and marketplace advertising.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in kitchen products, hardware, bathroom fittings, or sanitaryware is preferred.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
