Job Title: Non IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, primarily in non-IT hiring.

Location- Okhla Phase 2, Delhi

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Handle hiring for Sales, Business Development, PR, Digital Marketing, Content, Social Media, Communications, and Client Servicing roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely position closures.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process to ensure successful joining.

Qualification & Skills

- Experience hiring for PR companies , digital marketings companies, communications companies, or similar business environments.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
