Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and sales-driven individual to manage a retail kiosk at Mumbai Airport Terminal 2, working alongside a Person with Disabilities (PwD). The role involves engaging customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively approach customers and convert interactions into sales.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, sustainability, and brand values.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Manage daily kiosk operations, billing, cash/card transactions, and inventory.
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.




- Identify bulk and corporate sales enquiries and share leads with the internal team.
- Maintain daily sales records and report customer feedback and sales performance.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, energetic, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Qualified grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS billing and inventory management is an advantage.
- Graduation and premium retail or exhibition experience are preferred.
- Valid Mumbai address proof covering the last 3 years is mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
