Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive two-wheeler sales and achieve dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Generate leads through field activities and local marketing.
- Promote finance, insurance and exchange offers.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Support and guide junior sales executives.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Positive knowledge of the local market.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.

Salary: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
