About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in estimation, billing, quantity surveying, and site coordination for residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of civil construction activities, quantity calculations, BOQ, contractor billing, and material estimation.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates, and material requirements for residential construction works.

* Prepare and verify contractor/sub-contractor bills based on actual site measurements.

* Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.

* Prepare RA bills, work measurements, and billing statements.

* Check quantities executed at site and compare them with BOQ quantities.

* Assist in cost estimation and project budgeting.

* Monitor material consumption and maintain quantity records.

* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.

* Verify measurement sheets, invoices, and work completion details.





* Identify quantity variations and maintain proper documentation.

* Assist in maintaining daily/weekly project progress and billing reports.

* Ensure billing and estimation work is completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil estimation, billing, and quantity surveying.

* Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and contractor billing.

* Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

* Good calculation and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Willingness to work at a residential construction site.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with hands-on experience in residential construction projects, particularly in estimation, billing, quantity surveying, and site measurements, will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
