Job Overview

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Creative Designer with strong skills in graphic design, UI/UX design, website design, and content writing. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually appealing graphics, modern website layouts, user-friendly interfaces, and engaging content for digital platforms and international clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design

- Create high-quality graphics for social media posts, digital advertisements, banners, website visuals, and promotional campaigns.
- Design creative assets, marketing materials, infographics, and branded visuals according to client requirements.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, typography, and color combinations that align with brand guidelines.
- Edit images, enhance visual elements, and maintain consistency across different digital platforms.
- Research design trends and competitor creatives to develop fresh and engaging ideas.

2. UI/UX Design

- Design modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for websites and landing pages.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma or similar tools.
- Apply UI/UX principles to improve website navigation, usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Maintain consistency in buttons, typography, spacing,



icons, colors, and other interface elements.

3. Website Design

- Design professional, attractive, and conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
- Develop website page layouts, homepage designs, service pages, banners, and other visual elements.
- Understand website structure, visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Create website designs that provide a smooth user experience and align with client branding.
- Work on website redesigns, visual improvements, and layout updates based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with web developers to ensure proper implementation of website designs.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, or other website-building platforms will be an advantage.

4. Content Writing

- Write engaging content for websites, landing pages, social media posts, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop creative headlines, captions, promotional messages, and calls to action.
- Ensure content is clear, grammatically correct, and suitable for the target audience.
- Use AI-powered writing tools when required to support content creation and improve productivity.

5. Tools & Collaboration

- Work with tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design software.




- Use AI-powered design tools to generate ideas and improve creative workflows.
- Manage multiple design and content projects while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver quality work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Practical experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, and website design.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma and graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles.
- Good English writing skills and the ability to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, prototyping tools, and AI design tools is an advantage.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong time management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design, UI/UX, and website design projects is preferred.
