Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Management Consultant to support businesses in improving their strategies, operations, and overall performance. The ideal candidate should have strong consulting experience, business analytics skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and identify business challenges.
- Develop business strategies and recommend operational improvements.
- Conduct business analytics, market research, and performance analysis.
- Manage and execute consulting projects across different industries.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, proposals, and strategic plans.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Support ERP implementation, workflow automation, and business process improvement.
- Conduct client meetings, onsite visits, and project reviews.




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant management consulting or business consulting experience.
- Experience in handling or executing 7–10 projects.
- Solid analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Business Analytics, Google Apps Script, Google AppSheet, and ERP systems will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, including domestic and international travel.
- Must be willing to commute, travel regularly, or relocate as required by the role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and client expectations.

Salary: ₹28,000 onwards per month, based on experience and skill set.
