Financial Literacy Trainer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Working Days: Thursday

Timings: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive Financial Literacy sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Train students in basic financial concepts, money management, budgeting, saving, banking, investments, and responsible spending.
- Conduct activity-based sessions using real-life scenarios, group discussions, financial games, quizzes, and practical exercises.
- Simplify financial concepts and communicate them effectively while encouraging active student participation and engagement.
- Help students develop financial awareness, decision-making skills, and responsible money habits.
- Coordinate with schools and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum, attendance, student progress, and programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance,



Commerce, Banking, Economics, BBA, B.Com, or a related field is key for this role.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of basic financial concepts and be comfortable explaining them to school students.
- Prior experience in Financial Literacy Training, Teaching, Finance Education, or School Training will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts through interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable working with school students and travelling across Pune as required.
