Position: Supermarket Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
- Supervise staff and assign daily duties.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle purchasing, inventory management, and stock verification.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and attractive merchandising.
- Monitor billing counters and ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store discipline.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Check expiry dates and ensure proper product rotation.
- Minimize stock loss, wastage, and billing errors.




- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in supermarket or retail store management preferred.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory, billing, and stock management.
- Ability to handle daily store operations independently.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-focused.
