We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive (Tele Sales) with a strong background in real estate to handle customer enquiries, convert leads into site visits, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment advantages effectively.
- Convince and motivate interested customers to schedule site visits.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed site visits.
- Handle customer objections using strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful site visits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.

Requirements





- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Tele Sales (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into confirmed site visits.
- Robust customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on site visit conversions.
- Tamil fluency required; English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with proven experience in real estate lead conversion and site visit scheduling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
