Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate business opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer & distributor.

Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events for lead generation.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:





Proven track record in sales/business development (preferably in building materials, bath fittings, construction, or related industries).

Solid network with dealer, contractor & distributor

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).

2–5 years of relevant experience

Competitive salary (fixed + incentives).

TA/DA as per company policy.
