Shephalee is a designer couture label celebrating Odisha’s exceptional craftsmanship through contemporary luxury fashion. With our newly opened flagship store in Bhubaneswar, we are looking for someone who can help us grow our clientele and strengthen our presence in the premium fashion market.
The Role
We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven individual who understands that great marketing must ultimately translate into customers, relationships, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive retail sales, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases at our flagship store.
* Build relationships with high-value clients, prospective patrons, and fashion enthusiasts.
* Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase store visits and sales.
* Convert enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels into purchases.
* Identify opportunities for collaborations with stylists, wedding planners, influencers, and luxury businesses.
* Maintain customer relationships through personalised outreach, CRM, and follow-ups.
* Track sales performance, customer conversions, and marketing effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage and convert customers.
* A good understanding of social media, WhatsApp Business, and local marketing.
* Someone resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of sales targets.
* Experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, bridal wear, or premium retail is an advantage.
