The Casino Coordinator is responsible for the configuration, testing, deployment, and

tracking of online casino game content across multiple platforms and regulated

jurisdictions. This role works closely with the Director of Casino, internal teams, third-

party gaming providers, and Compliance to ensure current and existing casino games are

properly configured, tested, approved, and launched on schedule.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing

multiple priorities in a fast-paced online gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Game Configuration & Deployment

 Coordinate the setup and launch of casino games from new and existing content

providers.

 Request and manage game codes from Playtech, EveryMatrix, and other gaming

vendors.

 Configure games in Appchanger, Playtech IMS, and other applicable systems for

desktop and mobile platforms across supported jurisdictions.

 Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate configuration issues or deployment delays to

the Director of Casino.

Quality Assurance & Content Management

 Perform functional QA testing of deployed games across supported platforms

and jurisdictions.

 Maintain an accurate game inventory in SharePoint, tracking configuration,

testing, regulatory approvals, deployment status, and outstanding issues.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve game-related

issues and support timely releases.

Compliance & Operational Coordination:

 Work with Compliance teams to coordinate regulatory submissions and ensure

required approvals are obtained before deployment.





 Support third-party gaming providers and internal Product, Engineering, QA, and

Casino Operations teams during integrations and game launches.

 Participate in vendor integration meetings, communicate game readiness, and

provide regular status updates to the Director of Casino.

 Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Casino.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple

concurrent activities.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and proactively

identify and escalate issues.

 Proficiency with spreadsheets, web-based administrative tools, and tracking

systems.

 Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

 Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to confidently participate in

meetings, communicate with international stakeholders, and provide clear written

updates.

Preferred

 Experience in online casino operations, iGaming, gaming content management,

or a related field.

 Familiarity with Playtech IMS, Appchanger, EveryMatrix, or similar gaming

platforms.

 Understanding of regulated gaming environments and jurisdiction-specific

approval processes.

 Experience with functional QA testing, third-party game integrations, and

SharePoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
