Senior HR Manager – Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle performance management, appraisals, promotions, and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage workforce planning and support business expansion through effective hiring.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee documentation.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure smooth HR operations.
