Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales
Location: Gotri, Vadodara
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers are welcome)
CTC: ₹2.16 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA + Unlimited Incentives
Work Mode: 70% Field Work + 30% Office Work

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads through cold calling and other channels.
* Schedule meetings with students and parents.
* Conduct counselling sessions and product presentations.
* Handle client visits and field activities.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Own two-wheeler/vehicle – Mandatory
* Own laptop – Mandatory
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel for field work
