Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one online Malayalam classes for students.
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student's proficiency level and learning objectives.
- Help students improve their Malayalam speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills, as required.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a positive, interactive, and effective online learning experience.
- Maintain punctuality and flexibility to accommodate international students across different time zones.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Malayalam, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to individual learners.
- Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.




- Must have the necessary teaching materials and equipment required to conduct online classes.
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts to accommodate international students.
- A professional, patient, and student-focused approach to teaching.

Compensation and Work Details

- Payment: Hourly basis.
- Hourly Rate: To be discussed during the interview.
- Class Format: Online, one-on-one sessions.
- Working Hours: Flexible, with availability for night shifts based on student schedules.

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 7.0 per week
