Job Description: Junior Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive with experience in finance and accounts, particularly in payment follow-ups, payment receivables, payables, and GRN/MRN documentation. Candidates with an accounts or finance background and good communication skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and MRN (Material Receipt Note) records.
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding pending payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
- Maintain payment records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors for payment status and documentation.
- Handle receipt-related entries and maintain accurate records of payments received.
- Work on relevant business portals for invoice processing, payment tracking, and documentation.
- Assist with E-Way Bills and other finance-related documentation, as required.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain financial data using MS Excel.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Good practical knowledge of GRN, MRN, payment follow-ups, receivables, and payables.
- Strong understanding of payment receiving processes and outstanding payment tracking.
- Knowledge of business portals will be an added advantage.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Candidates from an accounts/finance background are preferred.

- Able to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Accurate in maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Comfortable handling payment-related tasks and finance documentation independently.

Salary

₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
