Saheli Jewellers is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing personalized jewellery recommendations, and driving sales of gold and silver jewellery. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for customer service and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold and silver jewellery.
- Drive sales by promoting jewellery collections, new arrivals, and special offers.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience through personalized service.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, purchases, and future buying opportunities.
- Develop customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales enquiries effectively.
- Stay informed about jewellery designs,



gold and silver prices, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer relationship management, or jewellery sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- A positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of gold and silver jewellery is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
