Global Edge School is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Academic & Admissions Counsellor to be a key part of our admissions and parent-engagement team.

We are looking for a professional who can confidently represent the school, build meaningful relationships with prospective parents, understand their requirements, and guide them through the complete admission journey with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a key point of contact for prospective parents and provide comprehensive counselling on the school's curriculum, academic approach, infrastructure, facilities, online learning, achievements, awards, recognitions, fee structure, and other admission-related matters.
- Understand the academic and individual requirements of students and recommend suitable academic pathways within the school.
- Conduct student assessment and admission tests through both online and offline modes.
- Interact with prospective students in a warm and welcoming manner, helping them feel comfortable and confident during the admission process.




- Conduct and coordinate the final interaction round with the School Head/Branch Head.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate should be:

- An experienced professional with 7–8+ years of experience in school admissions, academic counselling, education, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
- Confident, articulate, approachable, and well-presented.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with prospective parents and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the admission cycle.
- Coordinate closely with the Accounts, MCB/Admissions and other relevant departments to ensure smooth completion of documentation, fee payment, and enrolment formalities.
- Ensure a seamless and positive parent experience from the initial enquiry through final enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, assessments, and admissions.
- Support the school in meeting its admission and enrolment objectives through effective counselling and relationship management.
- Assist in routine administrative, coordination, and school-related activities as required.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities entrusted by the School Head/Management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
